Kate Minnema
Magenta GTM Solutions helps growth-stage companies turn ambition, budget, and a growing stack of AI tools into revenue they can actually count on.
I'm Kate, founder and Fractional CMO. Over 15 years I've led marketing at Zappos, Walmart eCommerce, Fit Analytics, Snap, and Booksy, owning P&L, building go-to-market engines from the ground up, and leading teams across five countries. One new GTM strategy generated $80M in pipeline in six months. I measure strategy by what it does to revenue, and I expect the same scrutiny from the leaders I work with.
I've been launching, selling, and adopting AI since 2019, well before it became a boardroom priority. At Booksy, the AI frameworks I implemented gave a 20-person team back more than 25 hours a week.
Ethical AI adoption, as I practice it, comes down to four decisions made before anything ships. Disclosure: customers know when AI is involved, and they hear it in plain words. Data boundaries: some information never goes into a third-party model, and everyone knows exactly what that includes. Human in the loop: a named person signs off on the decisions that matter, with real authority to stop them. And a failure plan: when AI gets something wrong, and eventually it will, your team already knows what happens next.
So with that, AI is not replacing roles and teams; it is enhancing their efficiency and output to be re-invested in work only humans can do. The sharp idea. The honest conversation. The relationship that actually closes the deal.
Creative marketing, smart strategy, honest AI, and real people still in the room. That's the whole pitch.
